Sampford Courtenay - Parish Council

The Council will seek to:

work with all the sectors of the local community to provide a healthy and safe place for people to live in, work in and visit,
ensure that all services it pays for are of the highest quality that can be achieved with the resources available and are clearly focused on the needs of the parish,
work with the whole community, including business, voluntary and residential sectors and other statutory and non-statutory agencies, to ensure the achieving of the Council's aims,
use its influence, through its leadership role, to harness the strengths of the community and to maintain and enhance the status and economy of the parish,
communicate effectively with people outside and within the Council,
strive for the highest level of customer care and treat everyone, who has contact with the Council, equally, fairly and respectfully,
be a good employer and ensure the commitment of its employees to the Council's aims.
